Lodge Rental Information

Rent the Greene County FOP Lodge. Did you know that the Greene County FOP Lodge has a public side available for your special event? It’s true, the public side of the Greene County FOP Lodge 37 is available for rent. It is the perfect space for your retirement, wedding, graduation or birthday celebrations! Our spacious facility has many amenities to offer for your event which includes a paved parking lot, a/c, heat, electricity and water at no additional cost to you. The generous space is complete with a fully equipped kitchen area and multiple restroom facilities. Rental prices also include the use of 8’ tables and chairs.

Please note that our facility has a maximum occupancy of 200. Per Ohio Revised Code 3794, we are a non-smoking facility and appreciate your cooperation.

Rental Rates

• $50 for Active FOP Members
• $250 for non-members with a $100 deposit & rental contract.  Deposits will be refunded via check 7-10 days after inspection by Exec board member or cleaning staff.
